At Laurel Street Arts, we sell many products related to mosaics. We have a selection of pre-painted ceramic tiles (including one of the most beautiful reds we've seen), glass tiles and pre-cut, tumbled glass suitable for kids mosaics. We sell plaques and mirror frames and tables for you to mosaic and can order almost anything you might want. Of course, you can also paint your own tiles to use in your mosaic to get the exact colors you want!

Beginning Mosaics

Our Beginning Mosaic Class has been a great success! In this class, you learn the basics of mosaic starting with designing your piece and painting your tiles to grouting. In this 3 day class, we provide everything you need to mosaic either a handled tray or flower pot. You will create a unique work of mosaic art in three 2-hour classes.

Studio Time: Need to work on your mosaic between classes? Your mosaic class fee includes 1 hour of studio time following each session. Our regular studio fees apply to studio time over and above this hour.

Amazing Mosaics for kids 7-14

No sharp edges here! Using sea glass and polished rocks, kids ages 7-14, can learn the ancient art of mosaic in a safe and fun environment. Your child can have a mosaic birthday party or take a mosaic class in our summer program for kids. Also, we generally have someone in the store who can teach your child "on the spot."
